How to Apply:

  • Submit Your Application

    Submit your resume, cover letter and all additional documents such as university transcripts, work references, citizenship and passport size photograph to careers@cedbl.com. Your cover letter should clearly mention the position you've applied for.
     
  • Initial Screening

    Your application and CV will initially be reviewed by the Human Resources Department. If you qualify and meet the Banks requirement, your application will then be forwarded for review and screening to the Recruitment Committee and the appropriate supervisor for the position you are applying for.
     
  • Written Assessment

    Applicants who are considered most qualified will be invited for a written assessment. Meeting the minimum qualifications does not guarantee a call for written assessment. These assessment exercises are conducted in strict confidence and you will be informed in advance of the time and length of the exam. Based on the result of the test, if qualified, you will be short-listed for an interview and will be informed accordingly.
     
  • Interview Process

    You will be interviewed by a panel of Recruitment Committee members along with the respective Department Head /  In charge. You will be notified in advance of the time, duration and venue. During the interview, we learn more about your combination of skills, attributes and behavior that are directly related to your successful performance on the job.
     
  • Considering an Offer

    If you are successful in the interview process, the Human Resources Department will contact you regarding the next step of the hiring process. A job offer is contingent upon your successful completion of the entire hiring process. You will be required to complete and submit all needed documents.
     

After all necessary completion, the Human Resources Department will present you with your appointment letter and communicate your employment commencement date.
