Making a complaint:

When you make a complaint to us we will:

  • Record your complaint and ensure we understand your concerns
  • let you know who is handling your complaint so that you can follow up if you want to
  • Exercise all options to fix the problem and keep you informed of our progress
  • Provide a final response within 30 days.

We recommend that you:

  • Collect all documents and supporting information
  • Maintainrecords of letters, names, times and dates relating to your complaint, and
  • Inform us as to how you would like the complaint to be resolved.

We suggest you visit relationship managers at your nearest branch in person or contact Customer Care at ……………., as soon as possible for assistance with your complaint.

We seek to resolve your grievance at your primary point of contact with us. This is our ‘Raise at Once’ promise!

Occasionally, a complaint entails a thorough investigation, in which case, your complaint might be referred to our Customer Relations team for professional assistance.
