Internal vacancies: CEDB has implemented internal recruitment process for the development and growth of internal staff and provide them greater opportunity to advance their careers. Existing employees are encouraged to apply internally if qualified as per the Bank’s requirement.

Professional development: Rewarding and investing in an organization’s employees improves the working lives of its staff members. We at CEDB are continuously making efforts to train and develop our staff through in house sessions, external trainings within and outside the country, distance learning etc. to ensure professional performance and maintain high level of expertise to enable the execution of the Bank’s functions.

Job rotation: To give employees an overall experience of all work areas/ departments, enhance their skills and work exposures and mould them into a complete individual, employees go through job rotations as and when needed.

E-Library: An e library has been created for the employees for easy and rapid access to management related case studies, articles, books, picture gallery of Bank’s events, guidelines and policies.

Extra Activities: CEDB has been participating in various extra-curricular events such as sports, quizzes and other social events. We believe that such involvement helps in fostering synergy and loyalty.
